Nohr-S® Polyurea Full Flake Kit

Select your project size to determine the appropriate Nohr-S® Full Flake Kit for your floor.

Kits are sized to provide approximately 5% additional material over the listed project size. Actual coverage can vary based on concrete condition, surface profile, porosity, joints, repairs, and other project conditions.

For the most accurate sizing:

1. Measure the total square footage of the area being coated.
2. Account for the condition and profile of the concrete.
3. Choose the kit size that meets or exceeds your project area.
4. If your project falls between kit sizes, sizing up provides additional material for variable coverage.

The Nohr-S® Full Flake system is designed as a multi-step coating system:

1. Prepare the concrete: Clean and properly profile the surface. Repair cracks, joints, spalls, and other surface imperfections as needed.
2. Apply the receiver/primer coat: Create the base layer for the decorative flake broadcast.
3. Broadcast the ColorFlakes: Apply the selected Torginol® blend into the wet coating until the floor has full, wall-to-wall flake coverage.
4. Remove excess flakes: Once the coating has cured appropriately, remove loose flakes and prepare the surface for clear coating.
5. Apply two Nohr-S® clear coats: Apply the included Nohr-S® Polyurea Coating over the full flake broadcast.
6. Add slip resistance: Mix the included Fine-Grade Anti-Skid Additive into the final clear coat when additional traction is desired.
