BarnStormer™ Concrete Coating Kit is a thin but durable resin coating system designed to provide an affordable solution for large-scale concrete flooring projects. This complete coating system includes Standard Epoxy Coating for up to two coats of color or clear protection, with optional clear urethane topcoats available for additional durability and performance.
Designed for large interior spaces, BarnStormer™ provides an excellent value for applications where a durable resin coating system is needed without the cost of heavier industrial flooring systems.

Important Coverage Note:
BarnStormer™ is a thin coating system designed for approximately 5–7 mil dry film thickness. Coverage is dependent on surface condition. Rough concrete, diamond grinding, cracks, joints, and surface imperfections may reduce actual coverage.

Application Information
Proper surface preparation is essential for achieving the best performance from any resin coating system.
Surface Preparation:
Before applying BarnStormer™:
- Ensure the concrete surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
- Properly profile the concrete surface through mechanical grinding or appropriate preparation methods.
- Repair cracks, joints, and surface imperfections before coating.
- Account for rough or porous surfaces that may require additional material.
Application Process:
- Prepare and clean the concrete surface.
- Apply Standard Epoxy Coating according to application instructions.
- Apply additional coats as needed based on desired coverage and finish.
- Add optional clear topcoat protection for increased durability.
- Add HDGrip Soft-Skid Fine when additional slip resistance is needed.
Recommended Upgrades:
Nohr-S® Polyurea Clearcoat
Add a durable, UV-stable clear protective layer with excellent chemical and wear resistance.
Cali-Clear Clearcoat (WB)
Apply a water-based clearcoat option for additional protection and finish enhancement.
